Xenocratēs, is, Akk. em u. ēn, m. (Ξενοκράτης), ein Philosoph aus Chalcedon, Schüler Platos, der nach dem Tode des Speusippus die Leitung der Akademie übernahm, Cic. Acad. 1, 17; 2, 143 (Akk. -ēn); Tusc. 5, 51 (Akk. -em); de sen. 23 (Akk. -ēn).
